1-on-1 Zoom support session

Book a Zoom support session with a missionary technology expert! Sessions typically last 15-60 minutes depending on what you want done, and can cover any topic relating to missionary technology support.

This service can be gifted to a called, current, or returned missionary. 

For called (pre-field) and current (in-field) missionaries, this can include

• setting up an email list,
• moving personal contacts,
• setting up Google Photos as a continuous backup to a personal account,
• help when a missionary Google account runs out of storage
• reserving an inactive personal phone number,
• consulting on technology equipment,
• setting up a Find My equivalent for your mission phone
• getting spiritually-uplifiting music for your mission (since Spotify, Apple Music, etc. are blocked)

For returned missionaries, this can include transferring and saving Google Photos, Drive, Gmail, Keep Notes, and mobile device data.

For mission offices and presidents, a support session can include:

• best practice recommendations for making app requests
• interpreting and understanding missionary technology policies
• optimizing mission office tasks and procedures
• training mission technology specialists
• learning more about official tools like iMOS, GVM, TAM, CARS, CNM, CDOL, LCR, Transfer Board, Member Tools, Referral Manager, and PMG app.
• learning more about third-party tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace Suite, ServiceNow, Facebook, Meta Ads, Tableau, and other social media resources.
• approved music streaming options to legally provide uplifting songs to your missionaries
• creating a training for current or returning missionaries to save their mission pictures, emails, and notes
